1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our digital products/services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
2. Non-refundable Services
All 1:1 career counseling sessions, digital downloads, and custom services are non-refundable once booked or delivered.
3. Missed Sessions
If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance), it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist you in rescheduling or resolving the issue. Refunds will not be issued for temporary technical problems.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the rare case of a dispute, please reach out to our support team. We will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution, but this does not guarantee a refund.
